your product was not to my satisfaction the wig was extremely big after I communicated that the size of my head, the service experience has been very bad from the moment I walked into the Menlyn branch with that manager that is not helpful or friendly at all, she s running the store like a tuckshop, no professionalism to struggling to order online, your online system is not very user friendly and instructions not followed, as per my request I numerously emphasised
