Update. I was initially disappointed with my unit. To my surprise I got a call from 'The San Hair', they apologized and... asked me to return the unit for a replacement. My current unit is more than amazing, am so inlove with it, it's just perfect, true color, true length and no excess shedding. Thank you for the efficient customer service, am so impressed by how fast it all went Eventhough I had to pay extra 180 to courier it back to them, I am completely satisfied with my purchase, totally worth it. I started buying from them in July. I now have 2 wigs from them and 6 wig stands. If theres one place that's going to... leave me broke every month its them and I don't mind. It's the greatest quality of hair that I have and lady Kerry being my favourite. I just need to watch the tutorials more. I love love love the texture of the hair. Soft and silky like the day they arrived. Their site is also user friendly with very fast delivery. U just about read your message that says your delivery is out and hear your door bell. Order online for collection, and on collecting my order I realized it was a closure I did not want, asked for a... exchange and had a little back and forth with the workers with what can be done, super casual, on brand but offered a solution not favourable to me. I received my order within 3 days instead of the 7-10 days I had received after making my order. The lady that called... to say my order is ready (I'm sorry I forgot your name), was very friendly, she checked what time will be suitable for me so that they can deliver. The driver called me an hour before to say he is on his way and when he was close by. Overall my experience was great. I love their products and will definitely order more soon. There was a stark difference between the wig advertised on the site vs the one I received. The one I received had far... less volume than was presented and the stitching on my centre parting came loose. I would not recommend buying their wigs online.read more

I made my FIRST ever wig purchase and I decided to try The San Hair. I purchased the Straight Peruvian Copper (13x4... closure) Bob Wig. I was and still pleased with the quality of the human hair wig. The hair is soft and does not easily tangle. I sometimes use the The San Hair gel for the lace and I was impressed with how easy it is to apply to the wig without leaving a white residue.
