Exchange & Refund Policy
At The San Hair, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and a refined client experience.

We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided items are returned in their original condition — unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging (with lace uncut).

Refunds may be requested and will be processed within 7–10 working days, subject to approval.


Layby Policy
To reserve your selected piece, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be settled within 2 months from the date of purchase.

Please note that failure to complete payment within this period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.


Returns & Assistance
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Care team at info@thesanhair.co.za or via WhatsApp.

For in-store purchases, you may contact your nearest branch directly or reach us at:

Once your return is approved, you may either:
• Arrange and cover the cost of return shipping, or
• Return the item to your nearest branch

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Concerns
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within a reasonable time.

Our team will require up to 3 days to carefully assess the unit and determine the appropriate resolution.


Exchanges
For the most seamless experience, we recommend returning your original item. Once your return is approved, you may proceed with a new purchase for your preferred selection.


Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the transaction.
