Exchange & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely in love with your item, we are happy to offer returns and free exchanges within 7 days of purchase or receipt (for online orders). To qualify, the wig must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with the lace uncut and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds are not available for customised wigs, including any units that have been coloured or styled at the client’s specific request and are not part of our standard online product range.

We also offer free wig resizing if requested within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the client.

In the rare event that your product arrives with a fault, we will gladly repair or exchange the item, provided it is reported and returned within 7 days.
