Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard processing times are 3–5 business days. Please note that during sales or promotional periods, processing times may be extended due to higher order volumes.
Shipping Policy
All orders within South Africa are shipped via Fastway. Once dispatched, orders typically take 7–14 working days for delivery. Orders are shipped only after payment has been confirmed and cleared.
International orders are shipped via DHL and generally take 7–14 working days for delivery, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
The San Hair reserves the right to change the delivery method to an equivalent alternative if necessary. Shipping charges may differ from the actual carrier rate. All shipping fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Errors and Shipment Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we do our best to ship orders within the stated timelines, we encourage customers to place orders in advance to accommodate any unexpected delays.
Any shipping errors must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Once verified that an incorrect item was sent, we will either reship the correct item or issue a refund. The incorrect product must be returned to our office before a replacement is dispatched.
International Shipments
All international shipments must clear customs. Customs regulations vary by country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes, duties, or fees, and to ensure all required permits or paperwork are arranged. An invoice will be included with your shipment as the official documentation provided.
